Hilaria Baldwin made quite a name for herself on social media, and not always in a good way. The DWTS contestant came under fire in the past for speaking with an accent and pretending to be Latina despite growing up in Boston, Massachusetts. She starred on a TLC reality show featuring her husband and their seven children earlier this year.

She joined the cast for Season 34 of Dancing With The Stars. Hilaria Baldwin seemed to throw shade at the judges over their recent scoring of her routines. What did she say?

Hilaria Baldwin Throws Shade At DWTS Judges

Hilaria Baldwin isn’t as controversial as some of the contestants from prior seasons, but she’s the most controversial star from Season 34. She was paired with Gleb Savchenko. Hilaria has some dance background, but not enough to have an advantage over the other contestants.

She’s landed in the middle of the pack in the first three episodes. She received a score of 14 out of 20 in the first episode and a 21 out of 30 in the second episode. The combined totals from the first two episodes were used to determine which two celebrities went home in the double elimination.

Movie star Corey Feldman and former NBA player Baron Davis were the first two celebrities sent home. Despite scoring enough points to stave off elimination, Hilaria Baldwin seemingly wasn’t happy with the scores she got.

A fan replied to one of Hilaria Baldwin’s social media posts to vent about the scores. “I loved your dance. Honestly I didn’t understand why the scores were so low. It takes credibility from the show,” the fan wrote.

They added, “Other participants didn’t perform as well as you did, and they got higher scores. Very disappointing… not credible at all.”

Hilaria Baldwin didn’t directly respond to the comment. But she subtly threw shade at the DWTS judges by giving the comment a ‘like.’

Season 34 Contestant Accused Of Buying Votes

Hilaria Baldwin admitted that she was a last-minute addition to the DWTS cast. She performed a steamy Samba with Gleb for this week’s TikTok Night theme. The dance earned them a 22 out of 30, just enough to save them from landing in the bottom three.

The bottom three for TikTok Night were comedian Andy Richter, actress Elaine Hendrix, and Fifth Harmony singer Lauren Jauregui. In an unexpected upset, Lauren was eliminated.

When Julianne Hough asked how she was feeling after the shocking elimination, Lauren admitted she was “pissed.” So were fans.

Angry DWTS fans took to social media to vent that the wrong person was sent home. One fan even accused Hilaria Baldwin of buying votes.

“Alec spent the last couple of days pleading with his social media followers to vote for Hilaria. He did the same thing a couple of years ago so that she could reach a million Instagram followers. He’s also known to buy bots for her so it’s a safe bet a lot of her votes are purchased by her husband,” the DWTS fan claimed.
