Sophie Cunningham might have been out of action for the last season. However, once her lingering MCL injury went away, the Fever star looked to be in great spirits. As the WNBA offseason is underway, Cunningham recently had a fun time at the Annika Pro-Am.

Now, while she is currently en route to her recovery, the ‘enforcer’ is looking to have a relaxing getaway soon. Partnering with Sun Cruiser, Cunningham told ClutchPoints in a recent interview that her favorite spot to spend some quality time was by the lake or at the ocean.

“I haven’t done this in probably a couple of years, but my favorite place would be either on a lake, in the ocean, on a boat with my friends, family, relaxing, drinks flowingThat’s why with Sun Cruiser I’m like, come on, bring it on,” said Cunningham.

She further added, “This is perfect for my lifestyle. It’s something chill and something that’s going to fill up my cup?”

Surely, after a pretty hectic WNBA season, Cunningham does deserve a break. Meanwhile, the Fever star is not afraid to put forth her opinions on matters. Likewise, Cunningham recently had a lot to say about Tom Brady’s pet dog.

NFL legend Tom Brady recently revealed that he had cloned one of his late family dogs, Junie. He further pointed out that this was made possible through the hard work of Colossal Biosciences, a biotechnology company aiming to de-extinct several species.

However, upon hearing the same, Cunningham did not seem too pleased. Commenting on the matter, the Fever star said, “I don’t have a problem with him (Brady), but he does some weird sh-t. This is why rich people do weird sh*t, because they have f–king money and they just find ways to do weird sh-t.”

Thus, with Cunningham seemingly enjoying her offseason, fans cannot wait to see how she will hold up in the coming season.
