Fox News Viewers Turn On Jesse Watters After Latest On Air Remarks Spark Fresh Backlash
Days after Jesse Watters was in hot water over questionable rape comments on air, Fox viewers are blasting the host for new comments about women.

Following the latest episode of Fox News’ The Five, viewers slammed Jesse Watters “sexist” comment just days after a suggestive joke earned him backlash.
The July 22 episode of the panel-style talk show saw the group discuss the rise of Democratic Socialism following recent primary elections. Specifically, Watters was honing in on postgraduate success rates.
The conservative commentator found himself on a tangent bashing those who were forced to take out a loan to get themselves through college and chose to study “the humanities or social sciences,” in a harsh take that reminded fans of his earlier comments.
“What are you thinking?” he asked, before continuing, “You’re gonna be 28 years old and have no skills and no experience.”
“And you’re not gonna take that entry-level salary, because you can’t afford to, because you’re dead. And you wanna live in Manhattan,” he continued to spiel. “But you can’t, because you’re gonna have to move in with mom and dad. And that is gonna kill your love life.”

Then, he shocked fans as he began attacking women just days after his poorly received on-air ‘rape’ joke.
Suggesting women earn degrees in order to impress men, Watters then said, “Then, if you’re single, you’re gonna get bitter. And if you’re a woman, men don’t care if you have a PhD. That is not high on our list of attributes.”
The harsh take earned him online criticism, with one person writing on X, “@TheFive @JesseBWatters hey, Jesse, why do you always try to blame women. I agree that the liberal ‘Karens’ are a problem. However, lady I checked, the Mayor of NYC is a man. Hassan Piker is a man. Two of the most influential members of the DSA. Your sexism gets very old.”

They also added, “@greggutfeld why do you all let Jesse get away with such sexists comments?”
“@JesseBWatters @TheFive @greggutfeld Don’t disparage ALL persons with Ph.D.’s. It’s a noble achievement!” someone else wrote, while another added, “What the hell is @jessebwatters talking about on @thefive?”
This came just days after laughing about American troops potentially acting like “wild animals” around women if they were to be given testosterone injections, a program approved by Secretary of War Pete Hegseth. “He says you lose your endurance, muscle mass,” Watters said. “So yeah, I want these guys on it, but you know what’s going to happen?”
“The guys that don’t need it are going to take it. It’s a triple boost, right?” Watters said. “Port calls, women in Asia, you better be careful because these guys are going to be wild animals, and you better watch out.”
The comments struck viewers as if Watters was suggesting that troops would be sexually assaulting women following the discussed injections.
