The NBA Hall of Famer had a double celebration during Easter

Dwyane Wade was one of the most explosive and dominant guards in the NBA on his prime, and by his second season, he was already one of the top players in the league.

The Marquette University standout was drafted by the Miami Heat in the historic 2003 NBA Draft. His 42, 36, 43, and 36-point outings in the final four games of the 2006 NBA Finals gave Miami its first NBA championship. Wade was named Finals MVP.

The All-Star helped lure LeBron James and Chris Bosh to Miami in pursuit of more hardware. The eight-time All-NBA selection sacrificed individual accolades for the betterment of the Heat resulting in back-to-back title runs in 2012 and 2013 to cement his status as one of the great shooting guards in the history of the game.

And they know how to celebrate and have fun together, just as they showed this weekend when Gabrielle had a double celebration this weekend. The actress took time out to celebrate her mother, Theresa Union, who turned 78, with a fun celebration with her loved ones.

“Boots on the ground and blessings all around”, Union wrote on her Instagram profile, along with a series of all images capturin all the fun. Former baller Dwyane Wade and daughter Kaavia James were present during the fun, which included a live wrestling show that entertained all the guests.

Gabrielle Union also surprised guests by turning it into a lively dance spectacle. The unexpected energy and entertainment left guests, including Dwyane Wade, in awe, transforming a cozy gathering into an unforgettable party.

Wade is a fashion icon and an entrepreneur

Dwyane Wade is readily recognized as a style icon and for paving the way for the NBA fashion revolution. He launched his annual A Night on the RunWade event in 2012 to celebrate his passion for fashion. Wade was selected as an ambassador for the first Men’s Fashion Week in New York City in 2015.

In 2017, he collaborated with DSquared2 on a capsule collection for Saks and was the first athlete to partner with Amazon Fashion to create a brand Wade store. Wade’s business partnerships include Li-Ning, MISSION, Hisense, BallerTV, Stance, Budweiser, Mars Reel, Wade Cellars, 800° Woodfired Kitchen, and D. Wade Burgers.
