GOOD Morning America alum Dr. Jen Ashton wowed her Instagram followers after she shared her latest bikini photos.

Jen, 56, wore a black bikini, sunglasses and a big hat on the beach in her latest post.

She wrote: “This photo isn’t about my ‘before’ or ‘after.’ It’s about showing up in a 56 year old body that’s lived, learned, changed and adapted.

“Somewhere along the way, I feel like we were sold the idea that health after 50 should look like a glow-up. A reset. A reinvention.

“But the truth? Health after 50 is really more about the long-game, not the glow-up.

“Don’t get me wrong: I’m happy about how I look. But I’m even happier about I feel and what I can do.”

The former GMA host ended her caption by toasting to 2026, and wishing all her followers health and happiness.

“Here’s to a year of strength that lasts, health that adapts, and progress that doesn’t disappear when life gets real,” she concluded.

Her many followers thought she looked better than ever before.

“You’re looking amazing!” one fan marveled.

“Such a beautiful message,” another chimed in.

Jen, who left GMA3 in 2024, has spoken about getting fitter and healthier over the past year, and recently showed off her progress in a bikini selfie with her daughter Chloe, 26.

“Strength at 56 and 26!” she said.

A few months before, she showed off her svelte figure in a white swimsuit on a trip to Cabo.

After leaving daytime TV, Jen is now promoting health through her Wellness Experiment program with Ajenda.
