Hailey Van Lith is turning heads on and off the hardwood this May.
After winning Big 12 Player of the Year at TCU, Van Lith was selected by the Chicago Sky with the 11th overall pick in this year’s WNBA Draft. She’ll make her regular-season debut on May 17 against Caitlin Clark and the Indiana Fever.
Prior to hearing her name called in the WNBA Draft last month, Van Lith was unveiled as the latest digital cover star for Sports Illustrated Swimsuit. The former TCU star posed for photos in Fort Worth, Texas.
Van Lith has embraced plenty of challenges in her life, but even she was nervous about posing for SI Swimsuit.
“My initial reaction was, I was intimidated,” Van Lith said. “I didn’t know if I would be comfortable in that kind of setting, but I wanted to try something that I had never tried. I would regret it a lot if I let my insecurities or my reservations hold me back from it.”

Roughly a month after Van Lith’s digital cover was released, SI Swimsuit made an exciting announcement regarding the rookie guard.
SI Swimsuit revealed that Van Lith will also be featured in the 2025 magazine that’s set to hit shelves later this month. The iconic brand shared a sneak peak at her photoshoot on Instagram.
In the photo shared on social media, Van Lith is wearing a blue and white striped swimsuit.
“Her digital cover was just the beginning,” SI Swimsuit wrote for the caption.

e included in this year’s edition of SI Swimsuit. UCF track star Rayniah Jones and Colorado soccer player Phoenix Dawn Miranda will both be included in the 2025 issue.
It’s worth noting Van Lith won’t be the only WNBA star featured in SI Swimsuit. Los Angeles Sparks forward Cameron Brink has also posed for photos.
The 2025 edition of SI Swimsuit will be released later this month.
