Haley Kalil’s Ex-Husband Matt’s P***s Size Is Going Viral After Judge’s Stunning Ruling
A federal judge just settled their year-long dispute.
Haley Kalil’s marriage to former NFL lineman Matt Kalil ended quietly back in 2022. That quiet ending didn’t last, though, once she opened up about the marriage on a Twitch livestream three years later.
Haley told streamer, Marlon Garcia, in November 2025 that her ex-husband’s anatomy made physical intimacy nearly impossible during their marriage, comparing his size to “two Coke cans on top of each other, maybe even a third.”

Matt sued her weeks later, seeking $75,000 over what he called invasive and degrading public commentary.
A federal judge finally settled the dispute this week.
The Judge Sided With Haley On First Amendment Grounds

U.S. District Judge Patrick Schiltz dismissed Matt’s invasion-of-privacy and unjust-enrichment claims Thursday, ruling with prejudice and on the merits. Schiltz found that Haley’s comments touched on a legitimate matter of public interest given both parties’ celebrity status.
“If the only source of Matt’s celebrity was his career as a football player, and if Haley was just a random social-media maven who passed on gossip… the Court would readily find that Haley’s comments were not of legitimate public concern,” Schiltz wrote, per the Star Tribune.
“For these reasons, the Court finds that Haley’s remarks about the size of Matt’s penis and its impact on her health and marriage were remarks about a matter of legitimate public concern.”
Haley expressed relief following the ruling.
“I am so relieved this is over,” she told TMZ. “I never wanted to be in a courtroom discussing matters of my own life. I think this ruling is important and I hope it encourages women everywhere to speak openly about what they’ve been through.”
Matt’s Attorney Says He Plans To Appeal

Matt’s legal team hasn’t accepted the outcome.
His attorney, Ryan Saba, confirmed plans to challenge the ruling further, telling reporters they intend to appeal the decision.
Meanwhile, the former player’s manhood is going viral online yet again.
“Same bro, same,” one fan wrote in reaction to the news, more so the imagined dimensions.
“Your honor, if the d**k don’t fit, you must acquit,” another fan joked.
“That’s why my wife divorced me. It’s a curse.. SMH,” another user claimed.
“This dude Matt is about to get a lot of women in his DMs,” someone predicted.
“Some of us men have to carry this unfortunate burden,” someone else added.
Haley continued building her public profile throughout the legal battle, recently returning to the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit lineup despite the case hanging over her.
With an appeal now expected, the long-running dispute between the two doesn’t appear finished just yet.
