
Television personality Sharon Osbourne recently opened up about mental health during a recent interview. During the conversation, she also opened up about going to a facility. With the share, she also touched on a few emotional moments from this past year.
Sharon Osbourne Recently Appeared On Piers Morgan Uncensored
Sharon married Black Sabbath frontman Ozzy Osbourne in 1982. They were married until his death on July 22, 2025. He was 76 at the time of his death.
Over the years, Sharon has become known as a television personality. Introduced to many from her family’s reality show, The Osbournes, she is also known for her work on The X Factor, The Talk, and America’s Got Talent.

Recently, Osbourne made an appearance on Piers Morgan Uncensored. Sharon talked about how Ozzy’s passing has impacted her. As she shared, it was her three children, Aimee, Kelly, and Jack, that inspired her to keep going, especially when the thought of “going” with Ozzy came to mind.
During the appearance, Sharon noted, “Years ago, when I had one of my mental breakdowns, I went into a little facility to help with my head. And there were two girls over there.
“They didn’t know each other, but they were in there, each mother had committed suicide. And I saw the state that these two young women were in and what it had done to their lives, and I thought, I will never, ever, ever do that to my kids.”
Sharon Also Touched On Her & Ozzy’s Last Night Together & The Moment She Knew He Was Gone
During the conversation, Sharon touched on the moment she found Ozzy lifeless, as well as facing the reality that he was gone. She continued, “He had a heart attack. I ran downstairs, and there he was, and they were trying to resuscitate him, and I’m like, ‘Don’t – just leave him. Leave him. You can’t. He’s gone.’”
“I knew instantly he’d gone. And they tried and tried, and then they took him by helicopter to the hospital and they tried, and it’s like, ‘He’s gone. Just leave him.’”

Sharon noted that Ozzy would keep to his exercise routine in spite of his failing health. She also touched on their last night together. Sharon shared, “He said, ‘Kiss me’. And then he said, ‘Hug me tight’.”
“I can’t help wondering if I should have, could I have? If only I’d have told him I loved him more. If only I’d have held him tighter. And he went downstairs, worked out for 20 minutes, and passed away.”
