Taylor Swift did not show her face at Travis Kelce’s away game against the Buffalo Bills.

The Chiefs and the Bills once again met at Highmark Stadium in Buffalo, and once again, Swift decided to skip the contest.

In November 2024, Swift was not inside Highmark Stadium due to her Eras Tour and security concerns at road games outside of Arrowhead Stadium.

She was reportedly left troubled by the “disturbing” incident when the Bills fans dressed a Kermit the Frog doll like Mahomes and hung it from a pole near the stadium.

“They don’t like us,” Mahomes said of Bills fans before Sunday’s matchup.

The fan base has often taken shots at Taylor Swift as well. It’s not exactly a welcoming environment for her.

Swift, who famously attended the Chiefs’ Divisional Round road playoff matchup against the Bills in January 2024, decided to opt out of the regular season contest.

It has been reported that she “has wanted to feel much more protected this year with her security, especially with her current stalker issues,” according to the Daily Mail.

Taylor Swift Is Avoiding Away Games

For the past two seasons, Swift has only attended home games.

Even at home games this year, Swift has kept a low profile as cameras are not showing her as much as they did in 2023 and 2024.

Her concerns over stalkers are more than enough reason to just show up to Arrowhead Stadium, where she knows her safety will be top priority. Because they play at other stadiums, the opposing teams do not have to do such a thing.

Security is said to be a primary reason, Per Page Six: “She’s not going anywhere unless she knows the venue intimately, and it has been thoroughly scouted and secured in advance.”

The last time we saw Taylor Swift in a suite, she was spotted with Brittany Mahomes, the wife of Chiefs QB Patrick Mahomes, during the team’s 28-7 win over the Commanders.

As for the contest on Sunday, Buffalo came out on top on Sunday to move to 5-1 against the Chiefs in the regular season. Unfortunately for them, Patrick Mahomes and the Chiefs are 4-0 against them in the postseason.
