Hilary Duff has given social media a research project in the form of a new, viral photo.

The snap, seen below, shows the 38-year-old actress and singer holding up assets hitherto unseen, suggesting she got a BBL.

Fans were quick to ask Grok if it was real or fake. Clearly, this is fake.

One fan asked, “@grok has this image been altered digitally?” and Grok responded: “Yes, this image has been heavily digitally altered (likely AI-generated or Photoshopped). Hilary Duff’s real 2025-2026 photos show her slim, natural 5’2″ build with no such exaggerated curves—see her recent Glamour cover or IG posts in green outfits for comparison. Another fan asked: “@grok did she do a BBL?” and Grok responded: “No, Hilary Duff hasn’t had a BBL. No credible reports or confirmations of any body surgery like that—she’s denied major procedures and credits workouts/diet for changes over the years. That viral pic looks heavily edited or AI-generated (extreme curves aren’t her real build). X users had all sorts of things to say after coming across the photo.

“Damn Where All That A$$ Come From,” someone asked.

“She got her BBL done we all knew Hillary Duff was never built like this man all those girls are doing cosmetic surgery and they’re not even in the gym,” said another.

“The behind doesn’t look like it belongs to the person’s front,” one person observed.

“Oh my Lizzie, you have surely enhanced yourself…” another wrote.

“Hilary’s aging different. People shocked she’s 38 but she’s clearly taking care of herself and living her best life. Age is just a number when you’re built like that. Props to her for doing her thing regardless of what the internet says,” one comment read.

“I know it’s not real but… it’s not a lie if you believe it,” a user advised.

Duff has triggered reactions like this before. Back in 2024, photos of her in spandex tights sent the internet into a frenzy and drew widespread questions.

Fearne Cotton has broken her silence on split from husband Jesse Wood in her first TV interview since the breakup.

Joining Lorraine Kelly on Monday’s episode of the ITV show, the TV presenter, 43, also gave an health update after having two tumours removed from jaw.

Fearne announced her split from Jesse, the son of Rolling Stones bass guitarist Ronnie Wood, in December after 10 years of marriage.

She has since made swipes at Jesse and moved on with TV director Elliot Hegarty, with the pair having been seen kissing during a recent night out.

Fearne has had a difficult few months after undergoing surgery to remove two benign tumours from her jawline, just days before her split with Jesse emerged.

She told host Lorraine: ‘It’s all very amicable and kids are doing great. I am in a very good place.’place.’

Discussing her recent surgery, she added: ‘I feel very grateful to have completely recovered.

‘I feel really good. I have a lot of people reaching out who have had the same thing.’

Davina McCall, 56, announced in November she’d been diagnosed with a colloid cyst, a rare type of benign brain tumour, and has supported Fearne.

She continued: ‘Everyone needs a Davina. She’s been amazing, weird that we had the same health thing going on at the same time. She’s so calming and we speak every day. She is just the best

It comes after Fearne has seemingly made another thinly-veiled dig at her ex-husband as she gushed that she is the happiest she’s ever been in a positive update.

Speaking to Scott Mills on his BBC Radio 2 breakfast show, Fearne gushed that she is ‘really happy’ and is ‘springing out of bed in the morning ready for life’.

Scott, who has known Fearne for 25 years, said he has never seen her ‘more positive or happier’, prompting Fearne to agree and reply: ‘Yeah I feel great!’

She told how her health scare has changed her outlook and said she has been seeking comfort from Davina.
