Houston Texans wide receiver Tank Dell recently got inked up with a huge leg tattoo that definitely splits the opinion.

If you’re a horror fan, then it’s some fantastic art. If not, then it’s probably just bizarre.

Dell has endured one of the most difficult starts to an NFL career. He has sustained two season-ending injuries and has even been shot over the span of his first two seasons in the league.

The player is currently recovering from a leg injury he suffered in December, having undergone a pair of operations. He’s also had to go under anesthesia because he chose to get a massive leg tattoo.

The ink runs from his right thigh to his ankle and features iconic characters from horror films, including Michael Myers and Chucky.

The celebrity tattoo Instagram account @inkedcentral first shared a post featuring wild leg art back in April.

Meanwhile, Dell is working hard to get back on the field ahead of what would have been his third campaign since the Texans drafted him in 2023.

The wideout suffered a fractured fibula during his rookie season and sustained a dislocated kneecap in 2024, tearing his ACL, MCL, and LCL, with his meniscus also getting damaged.

He is expected to miss the entire 2025 season after undergoing two surgeries this offseason.

Dell has remained resolute in the face of his struggles and has promised to return, recently taking to social media to share that he’s been “Delayed but not denied.”
