Jaxson Dart’s mother has appeared in a new photo after going viral during the NFL Draft last month.
While Dart and his family didn’t attend, cameras caught his mom celebrating with him at home after the New York Giants selected him as the 25th overall pick. The quarterback was seen turning to hug his mom after the announcement, while she appeared to dry her eyes.
Kara Dart was the talk of social media after her brief appearance, with many claiming she was the star of the show following Night 1.
While it appears she’s looking to keep things a bit more private as she’s locked her previously public Instagram page up, Kara appeared in a Mother’s Day photo with her family on the weekend.
The new NY QB shared the photo along with the caption, “mommas day,” adding, “Love you Mom,” showing them all standing in front of a private jet.

Jaxson Dart has a tight-knit family and is especially close to his mom. They all joined him when he flew from Utah to New York after the team took him as a first-rounder.
The quarterback describes his mother as his inspiration and, back in 2023, revealed she gave him some helpful tips to improve his game on the field.
“My mom tells me to slide and I should start,” he said.
Dartt also said she was the motivation behind Ole Miss’ massive 52-20 win over Duke in January.
“I told my mom I was going to leave everything I had on the field, and I did,” he said after the game.
Kara is also known to give her son fashion advice, as she helps him pick out his pre-game threads.
