Jenna Bush Hager And Sheinelle Jones Left Devastated After Realizing They’ve Turned Into Their Parents

Today Show co-hosts Jenna Bush Hager and Sheinelle Jones are devastated. They just realized that they are turning into their parents, and not in a good way. So, what is going on with the ladies, and what stories do they have to share? Keep reading for more details.
Jenna & Sheinelle Had A Shocking Revelation
There are so many stories for Jenna Bush Hager and Sheinelle Jones to tell. They share them daily on the Today Show, and viewers can often relate. Sheinelle and Jenna are both mothers to three beautiful children, but had very different upbringings. Jenna’s grandfather was the 41st president, while her dad was the 43rd, so she was constantly in the political spotlight. However, both women had successful marriages until Sheinelle’s husband, Uche Ojeh, sadly passed away in 2025. Regardless, they have a lot to say, and fans are always listening.

Now, Jenna confessed that she has turned into her mother, and she appears to be ashamed of this fact. Laura Bush is the former First Lady and someone who was and is still very well-respected. Yet, turning into your parents is not always a good thing, and can make some people feel older than they would like to admit. For Jenna, she is now taking food pictures immediately as her meal arrives:
“It’s too much. I’ve turned into my mom. I can’t believe I’ve turned into the person that takes pictures of my food and drink.”
She then showed off a handful of photos she had stored in her phone to prove her point. That was when Sheinelle Jones chimed in about how she is obsessed with snaps of nature. This was something her father would do, and she used to question it:
“I was like, ‘What are you going to do with that tree in your phone?’ But I do that too now. Nature and food.”
Live In The Moment
Although Jenna Bush Hager and Sheinelle Jones are having fun with the photos, they have taken note of something. While they are busy capturing moments, why aren’t they living in them? Jenna posed that question to Sheinelle:
“Why can’t we just enjoy it? Let’s go enjoy it now.”
They talked about recording artists at a concert to save the memories for a lifetime. However, many would say to put the cameras down and just watch the show. Regardless, they are accepting that they have become their mother and father, which is not such a bad thing. Maybe Jenna Bush Hager will make a photo book about all of her foodie adventures.
