Joy Taylor might be nearing her 40s, but she has the body to make any woman younger than her jealous.

Staying fit in your later years does not happen overnight. Taylor puts in the work.

Taylor is a successful TV host best known for her work on FOX Sports. When she is not traveling, she is in the gym.

At one point in her life, Taylor learned how to box, adding to her already impressive fitness routine. Joy Taylor’s fitness journey extends beyond the ring as she enjoys hiking, swimming, and even horseback riding to stay in shape.

On Thursday, the 38-year-old decided to take a quick look at the different exercises that she engages in to stay fit.

Taylor grabbed her best two-piece workout set and Nike shoes and got to work with her personal trainer.

Joy Taylor Says Femininity Is Under Attack And Prostitution Should Be Legal

Joy Taylor is a lightning rod for content. On her podcast, she talks about so much more, and it tends to make waves on social media.

Taylor relaunched her “Two Personal” podcast in April 2025, following a hiatus and a parting of ways with co-host Taylor Rooks.

She has certainly come out swinging with the topics she has chosen to talk about. The show, “Two Personal,” aims to speak on tough topics, especially those often considered too personal. Such was the case during her latest show when she started out saying that femininity was under attack in America because women got too close to power.

Taylor then shifted to saying prostitution should be legalized. Her final point was that non-vagina-getting men are deteriorating society.

Taylor’s thinking that prostitution should be legal is quite the thing to state, as she still has a lawsuit hanging over her head.
