A star from the Bravo hit Real Housewives series has been evicted from her home after a judge signed off on the eviction. Her estranged husband was also booted from the home. Keep reading for the latest twist in a messy divorce saga.
Real Housewives Star’s Shocking Divorce Turns Nasty
Denise Richards was famously married to Charlie Sheen. Her marriage to Hollywood’s bad boy seems like a walk in the park compared to her relationship with Aaron Phypers. They married in 2018, just days after announcing their engagement. Their low-key wedding was shown on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.

Denise Richards vowed on camera never to divorce her second husband. However, he abruptly filed for divorce in July 2025. The former couple have been locked in a nasty court battle ever since. One of the biggest issues they’ve fought over is their six-bedroom, five-bathroom rental home in Calabasas, California.
Judge Signs Off, Bravo Housewife Evicted From Home
Denise Richards allegedly moved out of the home in 2023, leaving her estranged husband, his parents and brother in the home. Aaron Phypers accused her of leaving the home in a disgusting mess. She was trying to get him evicted, but they both ended up getting kicked out of the home.
According to Us Weekly, a judge signed off on the landlord’s request to evict the couple over unpaid rent. John Karan filed a lawsuit against the former couple, claiming they owed $84,000. Denise Richards and her estranged husband were reportedly supposed to pay $12,000 a month in rent but haven’t paid in months.

Aaron Phypers filed for spousal support from his famous wife amid their tense divorce battle. He detailed his monthly expenses, claiming they totaled $100,000. His expenses allegedly included $15,000 on rent, $1,500 on health care, $4,800 on groceries, and $2,000 on eating out. He also claimed an additional $3,200 on laundry and various other bills.
Furthermore, he claimed that his estranged wife earns $250,000 a month from her OnlyFans account and acting jobs. Understandably, Denise Richards doesn’t want to pay spousal support. She reportedly hopes to get the same judge who approved a restraining order against her ex.
“The nature and severity of the [domestic violence] will bear on whether the Court will issue [support], and there is no one who is in a better position to make that determination than Judge Juhas,” her lawyer wrote in court documents requesting the previous judge.
Aaron Phypers Facing Felony Domestic Violence Charges
Days after Aaron Phypers filed for divorce from the Bravo star, she made shocking allegations of abuse. Denise Richards was granted a restraining order against her estranged husband. He was arrested in October during a court hearing on the restraining order.
He was charged with two felony counts of injuring a spouse and two felony counts of dissuading a witness by force or threat. The former Bravo star was released from jail after paying the $200,000 bond. He’s supposed to return to court at a later date to face the domestic violence charges.
