Sometimes a glow-up turns into a full-on blow-up, and Larsa Pippen’s latest look on live TV had left everyone in awe.

The 50-year-old Real Housewives of Miami star stepped onto the Good Night New York set Wednesday night looking polished but noticeably puffier than usual. Her flawless makeup and sleek floral-print dress couldn’t distract viewers from the real attention grabber, her face looked different. Really different.

Social media lit up instantly. Comments ranged from confusion to concern. Was it the lighting? A filter? Or was it something far more sculpted?

Surgeon Breaks Down On Larsa Pippen’s New Look

Dr. Kahn, a Beverly Hills plastic surgeon, didn’t mince words when he spoke to Daily Mail“It looks like she has gotten some fresh fillers for summer,” he said. “Her lips are swollen so she likely had plenty of filler on both the top and bottom lips for a fuller feeling.”

And that’s not all. Kahn added, “It is also likely she had Botox on her forehead because there is not one line, even when she smiles.” The doctor did clarify that the work was “very nice” and the fillers “are settling in as they should,” but the timing and sudden change in Larsa’s face is unusual.

During the NYC appearance, Larsa kept close to her much-younger boyfriend, 31-year-old Jeff Coby, who looked smitten. The pair, who started dating earlier this year after her split from Marcus Jordan, are already ring shopping. And yes, she had a diamond on her wedding finger.

Coby confirmed to Us Weekly that a proposal is in the works. “The only thing I can say is to confirm that it’s coming,” he said. He even slipped during a TMZ run-in, announcing they were getting married in November 2025, before quickly correcting himself to 2026.

Fans may still be adjusting to the facial change, but Larsa seems unfazed. Whether she’s dodging engagement rumors or sparking cosmetic surgery chatter, she knows how to stay in the headlines. As her boyfriend told Us Weekly, “The public eye can be crazy at times… but it makes us closer.”

If the puffiness was a summer refresh, it certainly worked, because everyone’s talking.

Brittney Griner Finally Breaks Her Silence Over Alleged Caitlin Clark Comments That The WNBA Refused To Investigate

WNBA star Brittney Griner was at the center of a new debate over what she allegedly said in a game against basketball phenom Caitlin Clark.

The Atlanta Dream center found herself at the center of social media controversy last month when some fans thought she disparaged Indiana Fever star guard Caitlin Clark upon fouling out.

The game’s broadcast focused on an upset Griner saying something as she returned to the Dream bench after fouling out of the game. While there’s no audio of this moment, some who tried to read Griner’s lips thought she called Clark a “trash f–king white girl.”

However, there’s no proof of Griner saying those actual words since others thought she stated something else.

It took weeks for someone to finally get a quote from her, and she provided much of nothing.

Brittney Griner was asked about this moment before her team’s June 15 game against the Washington Mystics and said, “I remember fouling out, being mad. I remember fouling out on, I believe it was [Natasha] Howard driving to the basket. They said I put my hand in.”

Moments before the conclusion of the Indiana Fever’s 81-76 victory over the Dream at the State Farm Arena in Atlanta weeks ago, cameras seemingly caught Atlanta Dream star center Brittney Griner labeling Caitlin Clark “trash” before calling her a “f***ing white girl” in frustration over a foul on Natasha Howard.

The clip of Griner speaking on the bench, lacking context, spread on social media and went viral.

Griner, who won a gold medal for Team USA at the Summer Olympics in Paris in 2024, essentially got aw@y with whatever came out of her mouth because the league basically ignored the controversy.

This incident is not the only time Griner vocalized her frustrations this season. Following another game, she stormed off mid-interview, yelling at the referees to “be f—ing better.
