A young woman who says she was r3ped and threatened by retired NFL player Shannon Sharpe during a “rocky consensual relationship” filed a civil lawsuit against him, seeking $50 million in damages.

Her evidence against him must be really good since she initially turned down a $10 million settlement.

The lawsuit accuses Sharpe of using physical force on her and inflicting emotional distress.

The lawsuit also “lays out a pattern of intimidation, manipulation, and abuse, including allegations that Sharpe repeatedly threatened to choke and slap Jane Doe.”

Along the way, her attorney, Tony Buzbee, has released messages and audio that paint Shannon Sharpe in a terrible light.

Things can get even worse as they also reportedly have a s3x tape.

The accuser previously claimed Sharpe insisted on recording some of the s3xual encounters, sometimes without her consent or knowledge, and even shared the videos with his “friends and associates.”

Now, that might come back to bite him.

Tony Buzbee told TMZ Sports that they have footage of the two engaging in s3x, but they have no plans right now to put the footage out to the media.

He called it “key evidence” in their case against the former NFL star.

“The only reason you know about the existence of a video recording is that Mr. Sharpe specifically referenced it in his bulls*** statement,” Buzbee said. “The contents of the video was shared during the mediation process with Sharpe’s attorneys. Again, Sharpe and his team disclosed that, not us. Sharpe himself was offered on more than one occasion to view it himself. He declined. We’ve never made any claims or threats about it and won’t do so.”

“And no,” he added, “we won’t be ‘releasing’ the video as it is key evidence in the case and will be treated as such.”

Shannon Sharpe first made reference to the video earlier this month when he stated it’s “a 30-second clip of a s3x tape that tries to make me look guilty and play into every stereotype you could possibly imagine.”

Shannon Sharpe, a Superbowl champion and host of a popular podcast, has been accused of s3xual assault in a Nevada lawsuit.

The accuser, who was 19 at the time she met Mr Sharpe in 2023, says in a legal filing that the pair had a nearly two-year relationship, during which time Mr Sharpe was “aggressive” and allegedly r3ped her.

Sharpe has denied the allegations and said he is the target of a “shakedown.”

In the meantime, he has taken a leave of absence from ESPN and stated he would be back before the NFL preseason.
