Jack Campbell has taught his wife way too much.

Not too many offensive players can say that they got the best of Jack Campbell. His wife can surely say she is one of the few.

The Detroit Lions linebacker just finished an incredible season for his squad, which did not help them reach the playoffs. He did just about everything. The third-year pro from Iowa won the Butkus Award, earned First-Team All-Pro honors, and made his first Pro Bowl in the NFL.

When he’s on the field, the time for fun is over. When he’s off the field, it’s time to enjoy his family, particularly his wife.

A video resurfaced this week showing Jack Campbell doing just that. The internet is buzzing over the video that showed Megan Meyer tackle Campbell while he was wakeboarding. In the video, Campbell, at 6-foot-4, 249 pounds, can be seen flexing while showing off his skills on the water.

His wife then tackled him with impressive form. At the time, she was a senior guard for the Drake University women’s basketball team.

Jack Campbell Was Everything For The Detroit Lions

The Detroit Lions need help on both sides of the ball to ensure that they do not miss the playoffs for the second-straight season. In an offense that has lost a star player to retirement, things are looking quite bleak for a team that was a Super Bowl contender in 2024.

Dan Campbell’s Detroit Lions were arguably the NFL’s biggest disappointment of the 2025 season. Coming off a 15-2 record, the best mark in franchise history, the Lions limped to a 9-8 finish. Detroit wasted little time making changes. Campbell fired offensive coordinator John Morton.

One place they do not need help is at linebacker.

Last month, linebacker Jack Campbell was presented the 2025 Pro Butkus Award. The award is given annually to the NFL’s top linebacker. Campbell was presented the award by Dick Butkus’ son, Matt Butkus, in recognition of his breakout season with the Lions.

In 2025, Campbell played a pivotal role for the Lions. In all 17 games played, the 6-foot-5, 246-pound linebacker showed his ability to become a cornerstone of Detroit’s defense against the run and in coverage.

This past season, Jack Campbell finished with 176 total tackles (89 solo). He also had nine tackles for loss, five sacks, three forced fumbles, and two fumble recoveries. Campbell’s 176 tackles ranked second in the NFL.

Fearne Cotton has broken her silence on split from husband Jesse Wood in her first TV interview since the breakup.

Joining Lorraine Kelly on Monday’s episode of the ITV show, the TV presenter, 43, also gave an health update after having two tumours removed from jaw.

Fearne announced her split from Jesse, the son of Rolling Stones bass guitarist Ronnie Wood, in December after 10 years of marriage.

She has since made swipes at Jesse and moved on with TV director Elliot Hegarty, with the pair having been seen kissing during a recent night out.

Fearne has had a difficult few months after undergoing surgery to remove two benign tumours from her jawline, just days before her split with Jesse emerged.

She told host Lorraine: ‘It’s all very amicable and kids are doing great. I am in a very good place.’place.’

Discussing her recent surgery, she added: ‘I feel very grateful to have completely recovered.

‘I feel really good. I have a lot of people reaching out who have had the same thing.’

Davina McCall, 56, announced in November she’d been diagnosed with a colloid cyst, a rare type of benign brain tumour, and has supported Fearne.

She continued: ‘Everyone needs a Davina. She’s been amazing, weird that we had the same health thing going on at the same time. She’s so calming and we speak every day. She is just the best

It comes after Fearne has seemingly made another thinly-veiled dig at her ex-husband as she gushed that she is the happiest she’s ever been in a positive update.

Speaking to Scott Mills on his BBC Radio 2 breakfast show, Fearne gushed that she is ‘really happy’ and is ‘springing out of bed in the morning ready for life’.

Scott, who has known Fearne for 25 years, said he has never seen her ‘more positive or happier’, prompting Fearne to agree and reply: ‘Yeah I feel great!’

She told how her health scare has changed her outlook and said she has been seeking comfort from Davina.
