ESPN Reporter Malika Andrews Turns Heads with Chic Outfit on Sunday - Athlon Sports

ESPN host Malika Andrews proved this week that it doesn’t take much for her to go viral.

Andrews has become the face of ESPN’s NBA studio coverage over the past four years. Her rise to stardom came in 2020 when she was named a sideline reporter for the NBA playoffs at the ESPN World of Sports Complex in Florida. That eventually led to her becoming the host of “NBA Today.”

Prior to joining ESPN in 2018, Andrews worked for the Chicago Tribune. Additionally, she was a member of the sports department for The New York Times.

Though it’s not much of a surprise, Andrews has been covering every single game for the 2025 NBA Finals.

Prior to tipoff on Friday night, Andrews shared a few photos of her outfit for Game 4. She went with a green dress that grabbed everyone’s attention.

“Ready to rock for Game 4 of the NBA Finals,” Andrews wrote for her caption.

NBA fans immediately replied to Andrews’ post with compliments.

“You’re so beautiful,” one fan said.

“Green looks amazing on you,” a second fan wrote.

“THIS DRESSSSSSS,” another Instagram user commented.

Even though Andrews has been a superstar at ESPN, her future with the network is uncertain. According to Front Office Sports, her contract is set to expire this summer.

“Several sports media insiders have independently told Front Office Sports that Andrews could eventually follow the Robin Roberts model and flourish on a daytime news and entertainment program within the Disney empire, such as ABC’s Good Morning America,” Michael McCarthy and Ryan Glasspiegel wrote.

There should be plenty of suitors for Andrews if she hits the open market. After all, NBC Sports and Prime Video will start covering the NBA next season.
