Brittany Renner Breaks Down in Candid Podcast: “I Don’t Know What It’s Like to Be Valued by a Man”

Brittany Renner has never been one to hide from the spotlight—or from her own truth. The social media star, author, and influencer has built her brand on bold honesty, whether she’s discussing her high-profile split from NBA player PJ Washington, her journey through motherhood, or her outspoken views on s3xual freedom and self-worth.

But in a raw and emotional appearance on the hit podcast “The Pregame Show,” Renner peeled back even more layers, revealing a vulnerability that struck a chord with listeners across the internet. Speaking candidly, Renner admitted that after years of being “used up by men,” she’s finally learning to value herself—and she hopes her hard-won wisdom will help other young women avoid the same mistakes.

“I know what it’s like to be desired by men. I don’t know what it’s like to be valued by one,” Renner confessed, her voice steady but somber. “When people ask me, why hasn’t it worked out with anyone? Well, because I’ve never valued myself. I’ve been running from myself for a very long time. And I’m no longer drinking it away, eating it away, sleeping it away, f**king it away. I’m sitting with my sh*t.”

Renner’s honesty was as refreshing as it was heartbreaking. She made it clear she wouldn’t trade the lessons she’s learned for a chance to start over, but she does wish she could have protected her younger self. “I hate how I allowed myself to just be like used up by men, and that came from a lack of self-worth. I did not understand my value that I was born with,” she said. “Again, people look at s3x differently, but s3x is spiritual unification at the end of the day. I don’t care how you spin it.”

Renner went on to describe the regret she feels about some of her past partners. “People that I shared my body with, when I think about my list, it’s repulsive because they didn’t deserve it, but that was an outcome of me discounting my worth,” she admitted. “It’s disgusting. I hate even having that spiritual tie in any type of way, but yeah, I would absolutely change s3xually how I move around.”

She didn’t hold back on the pain of those regrets, either. “It doesn’t feel good knowing that you gave a sacred part of yourself to a man that looked at s3x with you like taking a piss. It’s not fulfilling, it’s disgusting to think about, and I feel like I’ve beat myself up every single day for my decisions. And what people say about me online holds no candle to what I’ve told myself on a daily basis. I’ve been called worse by better and that better being me.”

Renner’s frankness isn’t new. Years ago, she released her tell-all book “Judge This Cover,” in which she chronicled her journey through s3xual freedom, motherhood, and the highs and lows of love and life. The book famously included stories about seven celebrity men she’d slept with—though she used code names to keep their identities under wraps.

Among those stories was an alleged relationship with former NFL quarterback Colin Kaepernick. Renner claimed that Kaepernick made her pay her own way when visiting him—a detail that sparked plenty of conversation at the time. “Colin was the rebound dude after Casey,” Renner wrote, adding that she broke up with Casey to be with Colin. Their first in-person meeting, she revealed, happened while he was staying with a friend’s family.

Renner’s willingness to expose the messy, complicated reality of her life has made her a lightning rod for criticism—but also a beacon for women who see themselves in her struggles. Her message to younger women was clear: understand your worth before anyone else defines it for you.

As Renner continues to speak her truth, she’s rewriting her own narrative—one that prioritizes self-love, growth, and, above all, honesty. And in a world obsessed with curated perfection, her rawness is a reminder that real empowerment begins with facing your own reflection, flaws and all.

“She took an expensive Uber ride to their house to meet him. He told her that he had only slept with 25 gals in his lifetime & she said that was a lie.

“In true Colin form, he told her she had to pay for her own flights to see him. Convinced her that this was a test to gauge her true intentions and interest. Told her that if she was in it for the right reasons, she would save her money for flights.

“She was his best kept secret, he hid her away like a community whore, while she actually stayed with him for days & made his bed. Gave her forehead kisses before he left for practice.

“When it was time for her to catch her flight home, she asked when was she going to see him again. He said and she quoted “what I want to do and what I’m going to do are two different things. That’s all I’m going to say”. It went downhill from there.”

VIDEO: Some Dude Just Dropped The Cold Hard Truth On Why All Of These NFL Prospects Are “Dating White Women”

Caleb Williams at NFL Draft

Unless this is your first day in America, then you know race relations in this country dominate just everything, and that includes NBA and NFL drafts

During the most recent NFL Draft in Detroit, social media was buzzing as athletes showed up to the red carpet event with their girlfriends and family. Many of the incoming NFL rookies were African-American and were spotted with white women, which has become the usual theme for years.

The same thing happens with the NBA Draft.

This year, the discourse on the NFL Draft and NBA Draft has gotten even louder as African-American women openly pondered why so many of the players never have a partner that is the same race as them.

One guy on TikTok decided to answer that question by revealing that the vast majority of his division-1 friends in college or headed to the league are dating or married to white women and explained why.

He stated that some of them had told him that their white girlfriend looked up to Taylor Swift while their girlfriend looked up to Megan The Stallion. He then states the guy asks how many white women he has seen doing the Megan Thee Stallion challenge as opposed to Black women.

He then dove into another story of a friend who relayed that his Black girlfriend started to request money from him as soon as she found out about his NIL money. She wanted her hair and nails done. He then added that the Black women would be upset if they went to places like Chipotle, and she demanded steak houses.
