Brock Purdy's Wife Shares 'Stunning' Vacation Photos Amid 49ers Contract Rumors - The Spun

Brock Purdy’s bank account is about to get much bigger.

On Friday afternoon, Purdy and the San Francisco 49ers agreed to a five-year, $265 million contract. He’ll receive $165 million in the first three years of the deal. It’s a significant raise for “Mr. Irrelevant,” but a deserved one.

Since becoming the starting quarterback for the 49ers, Purdy has completed 67.5 percent of his career passes for 9,518 yards with 64 touchdowns and 27 interceptions. The highlight of his tenure so far was a comeback victory over the Detroit Lions in the NFC Championship Game.

Purdy has not yet commented on his deal with the 49ers. We’d have to imagine that he’s all smiles right now. The same can be said about his wife, Jenna.

Well before he received a $265 million extension, Purdy was the starting quarterback at Iowa State. Jenna, meanwhile, was a setter on the school’s volleyball team.

By March 2024, Brock and Jenna tied the knot in Des Moines, Iowa.

Before their wedding, Purdy posted this heartfelt message on social media: “My Jenna girl forever. I can’t wait to be your husband and grow together in Christ. Here’s to forever babe. I love you JB.”

There’s no question Purdy’s wife will be at Levi’s Stadium for San Francisco’s home games this fall.

While there will be added pressure on Purdy now that he’s been paid, the 49ers have made it clear they have a ton of confidence in him.

“Brock Purdy, he’s the man. He will be the 49ers quarterback for a very, very, very long time with plenty of Super Bowl rings on his fingers. He’s about to be a very rich man soon, and I can’t wait to see it,” 49ers star Fred Warner said in January.

Only time will tell if Purdy lives up to his $265 million contract.
