Olivia Dunne may be retired from the gymnastics lifestyle, but she is not done keeping her body in shape year-round.
The former LSU star gymnast had social media breathing heavy when she stunned in a zebra-printed bikini as she was announced as one of four Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue 2025 cover stars. Photographed by Ben Watts in Bermuda, the gymnast showed off her muscles in the crystal clear water for yet another appearance in the high-profile magazine.
After being told she was going to be on the cover, Dunne told the magazine: ‘I can’t believe it. Oh my god. That photo is so good. That is crazy, I am a Sports Illustrated Swimsuit cover model.’
Now, she is showing her millions of followers how she keeps her body in tiptop shape.

Olivia Dunne took to TikTok to post a video where she started it off by saying, “This is how I keep my (Shows picture of a peach on her backside) in shape for my Sports Illustrated shoots. Let’s go.”
She starts with a quick stretch before doing 20 lunges on each leg. She then does 25 squat pulses and 50 hip thrusts. Next up were single-leg hip thrusts, 15 each for both legs. To further feel the burn, she advises holding the position for 10 seconds at the end.
Just when you thought she was done, Dunne added 20 leg lifts on each leg as well as 20 donkey kicks and crossovers. Once you get through that, you are all finished
It’s been a whirlwind few weeks for Paul Skenes, who was named the 2025 NL Cy Young Award winner via unanimous vote while he celebrated with Olivia Dunne.
The 23-year-old righty, just a year removed from NL Rookie of the Year honors, struck out 216 batters and allowed just 11 home runs and 42 walks across 32 starts.
Dunne has been by his side since his rookie campaign, when he won the NL Rookie of the Year.
