Hulk Hogan’s d3ath certificate has been released, eight days after the WWE Hall of Famer’s tragic passing.

On July 24, medical personnel were dispatched to Hogan’s home in Clearwater, Florida, after receiving a cardiac arrest call. They spent 30 minutes attempting to revive Hogan, but he was subsequently pronounced d3ad at the hospital.

The Florida medical examiner’s report was released on Thursday, listing his cause of d3ath as “acute myocardial infarction”, more commonly known as a heart attack.

TMZ Sports received Hulk Hogan’s d3ath certificate on Friday. Michael J. Babcock, the executive producer of TMZ Sports, shared the full document on X/Twitter. According to the certificate, Hogan’s remains were cremated in Clearwater.

The medical examiner’s report also stated that Hogan previously had leukemia and atrial fibrillation. Legendary wrestling journalist Dave Meltzer of the Wrestling Observer Newsletter also reported that Hogan was in poor health, and a hospital was made at his home before he passed away.

WWE paid tribute to Hulk Hogan on last week’s episode of SmackDown and this week’s edition of Raw. His final on-screen appearance was the Jan. 6 edition of Raw (the first episode on Netflix), where he briefly appeared to promote “Real American Beer.”

Hogan, who would have turned 71 on Aug. 11, was survived by his third wife, Sky Daily, and his two children, Nick and Brooke.

Last year, Hogan told Logan Paul that he underwent around 25 separate surgeries over the previous decade. This included 10 back surgeries and procedures to replace both of his knees and hips.

Hogan had talked about wanting to wrestle one last match for WWE, but he acknowledged it was unlikely because of his health issues.
