Naomi Osaka showed off some ugly lesions following her exit from the first round of the French Open and might be looking to take another break from tennis.

The Japanese star shared a photo of her hand this Thursday, claiming she isn’t able to fully bend her fingers because they have vesicles on them.

The 27-year-old lost to Paula Badosa in three sets on Monday and revealed afterwards that she’s been dealing with the issue since the Italian Open, blaming the friction caused by the clay courts.

She also expressed frustration via Instagram, saying she felt “sick of this” and desired a break, but she still ended up training a day later because she gets anxiety if she doesn’t work out.

You can see the photo of her blisters right below:

“Yikes,” one fan said.

“I don’t understand why they’re on her knuckles… did she fall on the court or something?” another inquired.

“That looks like its from dragging knuckles on the court, not a blister,” another observed.
