Fans have been suspecting that Simone Biles may have gotten a boob job thanks to bikini pics from her recent vacation in Belize.

Biles shared some fun photos with her husband, Jonathan Owens. Fans immediately noticed something different about her appearance following speculation that she had a breast augmentation.

That speculation has not gone away.

While rocking a Fendi bikini, the decorated gymnast sat poolside and captioned the photos, “Gone to Belize.”

Despite what was said in the comment section, it has not deterred Simone Biles from posting about her life.

On Tuesday, Biles took to her Instagram account and posted the caption, “his prettiest problem💋.”

Biles shared a sweet picture of herself posing in the kitchen of her Chicago house. In the two pictures, she rocked a grey T-shirt and paired it with a silver watch.

The legendary gymnast opted for diamond jewelry, including a bracelet, a necklace, and a ring on her finger. The first picture showed her staring deeply into the camera.

The second picture had Biles putting her hands underneath her chin as she made a kissy face.

The biggest names in sports were honored at the 2025 ESPY Awards last week.

Simone Biles was in the house, and she won big.

Biles took home two ESPYS on the night: best championship performance for her all-around win at the Paris Olympics and best athlete – women’s sports. This was Biles’ second time winning the award for best female athlete, having last done so in 2017.

Overall, the U.S. gymnast has won seven ESPY Awards throughout her decorated career
