Trevor Lawrence focused on his offseason training, but his wife, Marissa Lawrence, brought the energy to a weekend filled with family, sunshine, and celebration.

She joined her sister Miranda Mowry’s birthday festivities and embraced the summer heat in a bold blue strapless monokini with white detailing. Marissa posted vibrant photos that showed more than just poolside fun- they captured genuine joy, family connection, and carefree moments.

She didn’t stop at the pool. To round out the weekend celebration, Marissa hosted a pajama party and organized a sit-down dinner. She let her followers in on the fun through Instagram, simply captioning her story, “Pool day,” as friends and family laughed, posed, and soaked up the day together. Now a proud mom to baby Shae Lynn, Marissa continues to share pieces of her life that feel real and grounded, even as Trevor gears up for the new NFL season.

Break Before The Grind

Lawrence, who has led the Jacksonville Jaguars since being picked first in the 2021 NFL Draft, used the weekend to unwind before returning to the field. He and Marissa have been together since high school and tied the knot in 2021. Now, as new parents, the couple seems to be easily balancing football life and family time.

Despite a disappointing 2024 season that ended with a 4-13 record and a narrow overtime loss to the Colts, Lawrence remains optimistic during the team’s organized training activities on May 19 at the Miller Electric Center in Jacksonville. The quarterback believes the team’s offseason decisions and the performance in OTAs are setting a solid tone for the year ahead.

The Jaguars will kick off the new season against the Carolina Panthers, but not before testing their lineup in three preseason games against the Steelers, Saints, and Dolphins. As the team pushes to bounce back from a tough year, Lawrence appears focused and energized.

Off the field, the quarterback continues to be a steady presence for his family. Whether it’s celebrating birthdays or throwing out the ceremonial first pitch at a Jacksonville Jumbo Shrimp game, Trevor and Marissa are clearly finding ways to enjoy the moments that matter- even in between practices and game plans.

Brittney Griner Finally Breaks Her Silence Over Alleged Caitlin Clark Comments That The WNBA Refused To Investigate

WNBA star Brittney Griner was at the center of a new debate over what she allegedly said in a game against basketball phenom Caitlin Clark.

The Atlanta Dream center found herself at the center of social media controversy last month when some fans thought she disparaged Indiana Fever star guard Caitlin Clark upon fouling out.

The game’s broadcast focused on an upset Griner saying something as she returned to the Dream bench after fouling out of the game. While there’s no audio of this moment, some who tried to read Griner’s lips thought she called Clark a “trash f–king white girl.”

However, there’s no proof of Griner saying those actual words since others thought she stated something else.

It took weeks for someone to finally get a quote from her, and she provided much of nothing.

Brittney Griner was asked about this moment before her team’s June 15 game against the Washington Mystics and said, “I remember fouling out, being mad. I remember fouling out on, I believe it was [Natasha] Howard driving to the basket. They said I put my hand in.”

Moments before the conclusion of the Indiana Fever’s 81-76 victory over the Dream at the State Farm Arena in Atlanta weeks ago, cameras seemingly caught Atlanta Dream star center Brittney Griner labeling Caitlin Clark “trash” before calling her a “f***ing white girl” in frustration over a foul on Natasha Howard.

The clip of Griner speaking on the bench, lacking context, spread on social media and went viral.

Griner, who won a gold medal for Team USA at the Summer Olympics in Paris in 2024, essentially got aw@y with whatever came out of her mouth because the league basically ignored the controversy.

This incident is not the only time Griner vocalized her frustrations this season. Following another game, she stormed off mid-interview, yelling at the referees to “be f—ing better.
