The Miami Heat are looking to shake up their roster. Trying to better this year’s result, the Heat would want to let go of some of the stars, and one such name is Terry Rozier. Following his impressive stint with the Charlotte Hornets, the Heat acquired him in 2024. Unfortunately, Rozier was unable to replicate his previous form. And now, while the Heat is trying to trade Rozier, things are getting extremely tough.

As per reports from Evan Sidery, the Heat have been quite active in the trade market. They have been looking for a team willing to accept Terry Rozier’s expiring contract. Unfortunately, Rozier’s $26.6 million contract is making teams shy away from the trade.

The Heat have been active in the marketplace attempting to find a team willing to take on Terry Rozier’s expiring contract. However, due to it being a $26.6 million figure, the trade market is currently nonexistent,” wrote Sidery.

Thus, concluding the report, Sidery proposed a viable alternative. He stated that Rozier might be continuing with the Miami Heat this season as well. Meanwhile, with things looking complicated, one ray of light recently emerged for Rozier. The 31-year-old was cleared of his betting scandals.
