REAL Housewives fans were left in a state of shock when a NSFW detail was seen in the reunion show.

Hosting the show from a Greek-themed studio set, Andy was surrounded by the iconic blue dome rooves and white buildings.

But fans spotted something sinister in the background which looked a little strange.

The shapes of the windows looked a little peculiar, with some saying they looked like a NSFW object.

Many fans thought that the shape in the window frame looked like a penis.

Fans were left completely baffled and stumped.

One person asked on Reddit, “Why is there a penis behind andy?”

Someone then replied, “ok now i cant unsee it!”

“Woah I had to check this like 4 times to realise it’s genuinely innocent,” penned a third.

“Omg hahahaha – def supposed to be a window/cutout but like…” said a fourth.

While a fifth added, “Lol. I’m watching it just now. It’s shadows.”

The hit series, which airs on Bravo, has just concluded its sixth season.

The season was marked by high-stakes legal battles, family scandals, and major cast shifts.

In a franchise first, host Andy reportedly stormed off the set during a chaotic confrontation.

According to a previous report by Daily Mail, Andy shouted for the women to “stop” multiple times.

He then got up out of his seat and shouted, “I’m walking off.”

Mary Cosby pleaded with him to stay.

The outlet noted how she said, “No Andy, please,” but he continued to walk off.

It marked the first time Andy has walked off set in the franchise’s 20-year history.
