Well, folks, it looks like 9-1-1: Nashville is pulling out all the stops for its very first episode.
The latest spinoff in the 9-1-1 TV franchise is set to premiere on Thursday, October 9, 2025 at 9 p.m. ET on ABC, and folks are curious to see what the new series is all about. While the network has already alerted folks about stars like Chris O’Donnell, Jessica Capshaw, LeAnn Rimes and Kimberly Williams-Paisley being regulars on the show, it looks like we’ll be seeing a major name in country music also make a cameo in the pilot episode.
As 9-1-1: Nashville‘s social team revealed on Instagram on August 7, country superstar Kane Brown will guest star in the show’s first installment.
“Kane Brown in 9-1-1: Nashville?! 🎸,” the caption read next to a photo of the singer. “We can’t wait to see him guest star in the series premiere Thursday, October 9 on ABC. Stream on Hulu.”

What to Know About ‘9-1-1: Nashville’
Given how Kane has developed a following over the years, seeing this news about his TV career move caused a frenzy on social media.
“Congratsssss @kanebrown can’t wait to watch it!” one person shouted out in the comments. “Yesssssss! Perfect. Can we get him to sing too?” another inquired. “Yes!!!! So excited 🙌,” a different follower added.
Well, this is TV news that has us blazing in excitement! And let’s not forget — 9-1-1: Nashville isn’t the only fire-centric show Kane has appeared on over the years.
Folks may remember that Kane appeared in a season 1 episode of Fire Country back in 2023, where he played a train hopper named Robin who finds himself at the sight of a train crash. And while it’s not clear exactly how Kane’s presence will be folded into 9-1-1: Nashville, a report from Variety writes that the singer (whether as himself or in character)’s plot will be “proved heroic in a major storyline.”
Looks like we have something big to look out for when 9-1-1: Nashville premieres on TV this fall!
