Denver Broncos quarterback Bo Nix and wide receiver Courtland Sutton, along with the assistance of their wives, revealed sick “Step Brothers” t-shirts that are a must-have for fans of the AFC West club.
After three straight shaky performances to begin the season, Bo Nix finally looked like himself with 29 completions for 326 yards, two touchdowns and an interception in a 28-3 blowout win over the Cincinnati Bengals on “Monday Night Football.”
With the Los Angeles Chargers getting stunned by the New York Giants on Sunday, the Broncos (2-2) are now just one game out of first in the AFC West.
Izzy Nix, the quarterback’s wife, posted a priceless photo on her Instagram story of the couple smiling with Courtland Sutton and his wife, Brea. Izzy and Brea also revealed the epic “Step Brothers” t-shirts of Nix and Sutton, drawing inspiration from the 2008 comedy hit film starring Will Ferrell and John C. Reilly:
Bo Nix and the Broncos displayed their best performance of 2025, shutting down and frustrating Ja’Marr Chase to the point where he confronted head coach Zac Taylor on the sidelines.
According to Next Gen Stats, Chase had just one eight-yard catch against Surtain in coverage. In 54 routes against Chase, Surtain has allowed just four catches for 35 yards, per Next Gen Stats.

Bo Nix & Broncos Can Make A Statement vs. Eagles

The Broncos are a tough team to judge through four weeks. Their two wins are against a pair of non-competitive AFC clubs in the Bengals and the Tennessee Titans. They lost to the 3-1 Chargers and the Indianapolis Colts, though both games ended on last-second field goals.
Denver could make a real statement with a victory over the defending Super Bowl champion Philadelphia Eagles at Lincoln Financial Field on Sunday (1:00 p.m. EST). The Broncos notably struggled against quality opponents last year, but handing the Eagles their first loss of 2025 would put the rest of the NFL on notice.
In the Eagles’ 2021 road win over the Broncos, DeVonta Smith had a highlight reel 36-yard touchdown against Surtain, both rookies and former Alabama teammates. We’ll see how Surtain fares this time around against Smith and/or AJ Brown, who’s off to a surprisingly slow start.
