Kelly Stafford is an open book when it comes to her life.

Los Angeles QB Matthew Stafford’s wife, Kelly, snitched on herself during her ‘The Morning After’ podcast.

Stafford is convinced taking weed gummies has improved her parenting.

“Gummies are great,” Stafford stated on the Monday episode of her and Hank Winchester’s “The Morning After” podcast. “Sometimes I feel like gummies make me a better parent. They calm me down.”

Kelly Stafford said her kids can tell the difference when she has one and admits that taking the gummies sometimes leaves her feeling “guilty.”

Podcast guest Kit Hoover affirmed Kelly’s assertion: “I called it the glass of patience. By the time you get to bed and bath, it makes you a better parent.”

The 36-year-old mother of four appreciated Hoover’s response, admitting, “I feel a little guilty saying that. And it’s not like I do it every night, but sometimes I’m like, s—, it has been a long day. I don’t wanna rip my hair out or their hair out, so I am going to just top it off with a little gummy.”

Despite that, Hoover still urged Kelly to cut herself some slack, especially when “it’s a s—– day, or the kids are acting s—–, or you’ve had enough.”

“It’s like, don’t sweat that small stuff. You are gonna blink [and] they’re grown up, and you’re gonna laugh so hard about all the shenanigans,” Hoover added.

Discussing her recent surgery, she added: ‘I feel very grateful to have completely recovered.

‘I feel really good. I have a lot of people reaching out who have had the same thing.’

Davina McCall, 56, announced in November she’d been diagnosed with a colloid cyst, a rare type of benign brain tumour, and has supported Fearne.

She continued: ‘Everyone needs a Davina. She’s been amazing, weird that we had the same health thing going on at the same time. She’s so calming and we speak every day. She is just the best

It comes after Fearne has seemingly made another thinly-veiled dig at her ex-husband as she gushed that she is the happiest she’s ever been in a positive update.

Speaking to Scott Mills on his BBC Radio 2 breakfast show, Fearne gushed that she is ‘really happy’ and is ‘springing out of bed in the morning ready for life’.

Scott, who has known Fearne for 25 years, said he has never seen her ‘more positive or happier’, prompting Fearne to agree and reply: ‘Yeah I feel great!’

She told how her health scare has changed her outlook and said she has been seeking comfort from Davina.
