The Dallas Cowboys honored Charlie Kirk with a moment of silence ahead of their epic win over the New York Giants on Sunday.
Kirk was sh0t to d3ath while speaking at Utah Valley University almost a week ago, with a gunman alleged to have hit him in the neck, pulling the trigger on a high-powered rifle from well over 100 meters away.
The conservative activist was rushed to a hospital but succumbed to his injury, plunging America into outrage.
While his d3ath has stirred up widespread grief, Kirk has also been the subject of criticism, as some folks have made some distasteful comments in the wake of his k%lling.

While four NFL teams took heat for refusing to honor Kirk, the Cowboys made it a point to recognize him before their thrilling overtime win on the weekend, with the fan reaction caught on camera.
However, something he said about the team before his d3ath has resurfaced on Twitter/X on the back of it.
“The Cowboys are so easy to hate,” Kirk said on a podcast. “Why is every Cowboys fan like a 5-foot-6 Mexican with long jean shorts?”

“He ain’t necessarily lying😂😂😭,” another laughed.
“Why are the Dallas Cowboys fans upset for honoring Charlie Kirk? Please, let him rest in peace and continue to pray for his wife, Erika and they’re two small children,” someone else offered.
As noted above, the Cowboys came out on the winning end of an epic clash with their NFC East rivals, sending the game to overtime via a 64-yard field goal by kicker Brandon Aubrey, who sealed the deal from 40 yards in the extra period.
