Florida woman standing during DUI stop (Photo via YouTube)
Something about a Florida woman doing something crazy seems to make the entire country go crazy. When she is insanely hot, it certainly gets the juices flowing as well.
In October 2023, weeks before Halloween, a woman, seemingly wearing an all-black Catwoman outfit, was pulled over by Tampa police.
The footage below begins with the woman being eager to take a sobriety test, repeating what the officer instructs her to do.
The Florida woman then lifts her right leg and starts counting, beginning with “1,001, 1,002, 1,003.” She got all the way to 1,018 before the cop asked her to put her foot down and place her under arr3st.
The arr3sting officer made it clear that she was being arr3sted for DUI, and while she did the exercises, she did not perform them in the way he asked her to. It led the cop to believe that she had been drinking and driving.
After being placed under arr3st, the Florida woman was asked if she would do a breath test, to which she declined.

How Social Media Responded To The Florida Woman’s Arr3st
Maricopa County Sheriff Jerry Sheridan’s office is decorated with pink handcuffs on March 7, 2025.
“I can remember being a jury of a similar case years ago, never take the breathalyzer or do the walk if they’re going to arr3st you, they’re going to do it anyway, don’t incriminate yourself, leave it up to a jury to decide,” one person stated.
“Never do the FST. If they ask? They’ve already decided you’re arr3sted. Ask for a breathalyzer? If you pass that? They’ll let it go, or test your blood. Pass the blood test? Now you sue. You were harassed by crooked cops,” a second person responded.
“Once they ask you to take this test, they’re already set to arr3st you. There is absolutely not one benefit in taking a field sobriety test, so just go ahead and let them arr3st, shut up, and lawyer up,” a third person wrote in response to the Florida woman being arr3sted.
“If you’re sober, always refuse the field sobriety test by requesting a breathalyzer,” a fourth person commented.
Unfortunately, people being arr3sted for DUI happen thousands of times a year.
Not even rich people are immune. Last month, body cam footage was released of Jay Cutler’s DUI from 2024. Cutler, a Vanderbilt graduate and former quarterback for the Chicago Bears, Denver Broncos, and Miami Dolphins, refused to take a field sobriety test, which resulted in his arr3st.
Also, last month, former NFL running back Adrian Peterson was caught sleeping at the wheel of a moving car before his arr3st. He was later charged with driving while intoxicated and unlawful carrying of a weapon.
Last, but not least, former NBA star Paul Pierce was arr3sted on suspicion of misdemeanor DUI in Los Angeles. The California Highway Patrol took the former Boston Celtics star into police custody after they found him asleep behind the wheel of his SUV at 10:30 PM on the freeway.
