Not even an injury could keep her from showing her body.

Free agent star Sophie Cunningham is used to going viral. She had quite the year in 2025. Although it ended badly for her, she still managed to become even more of a star.

The star guard had the worst moment of her career when she tore her MCL in her first season with the Indiana Fever. She was forced to have surgery and then wear a thigh-high leg brace for rehab. However, she never let it stop her from creating content online.

After surgery, she was on TikTok shaking it to the popular “Jet2Holiday” soundbite, then the beat switches to one where she shows off her twerking skills. That was just one of many times she would show off her skills while in a leg brace.

Sophie Cunningham is going viral again this week after someone on X reshared a bikini photo of her. Cunningham, known for showing off her bikinis, was sporting her leg brace while in one this time.

The star guard leaned forward toward the camera, then stood up to show off her incredible shape.

Will Sophie Cunningham Be Back With The Indiana Fever In 2026?

Sophie Cunningham missed a large part of the 2025 WNBA season due to a right MCL tear. She is expected to recover fully by the time the 2026 season begins.

Her injury came at a terrible time. She was quickly becoming a key contributor on the team she was on in her first season after six seasons with the Phoenix Mercury. Over 30 games (13 starts), she averaged 8.6 points and 3.5 rebounds. She also averaged 1.2 assists and 1.0 steals while shooting a career-best 46.9% from the field and 43.2% from three.

Cunningham became a focal point in the offense with Caitlin Clark missing so many games. The 2025 WNBA season starts in May, and she is still a free agent. There is no doubt that the Fever will want her back after signing Sophie Cunningham to a one-year contract for the 2025 WNBA season.

After becoming a fan favorite and enforcer for Caitlin Clark, she should be priority number one.
