Sophie Cunningham doesn’t have to do her day job to make headlines.
The injured Indiana Fever star ditched her leg brace sometime ago after having surgery to repair a torn MCL that ended her 2025 season.
Despite missing her, Caitlin Clark, and a host of other players, the Fever are still somehow one win away from the WNBA Finals.
Fever star guard Sophie Cunningham may not be healthy enough to play, but she certainly is enough to make a dancing video.
Cunningham, who sent a message to male sports fans from her bedroom last week, could be seen sporting a white bathrobe before flashing her actual outfit, which consisted of denim shorts and a barely-there white top worn under an unbuttoned denim shirt. She was most certainly completely nude underneath her robe before that transition.
“This song has me in a chokehold,” she captioned the video as she lip-synced to Olivia Dean’s hit “Man I Need.”
The lyrics that she was mouthing were: “Already gave you the time and the place. So don’t be shy. Just come be the man I need. Tell me you got something to give, I want it. I kinda like it when you call [me wonderful].”
Sophie Cunningham Has Become A Cheerleader On The Bench

Despite undergoing recovery due to her torn MCL, Sophie Cunningham proves she is a true cheerleader for the Fever.
The Indiana Fever opened the WNBA playoffs on the road against the third-seeded Atlanta Dream and have been running through the playoffs to the point that they are one game away from the Finals.
The Fever’s long list of inactive players still makes their presence felt on the bench during games, and Cunningham is one of the louder voices.
While Fever fans love seeing these injured players celebrating, one thing Cunningham did during the Fever’s Game 3 defeat to the Aces sparked some controversy. Fan footage caught her doing an emphatic “block” foul motion while dismissing her coaches as they tried to calm her down.
Fever assistant coach Briann January said something to Clark and Cunningham, but Sophie waved her away.
Luka Doncic ‘destroys’ the Mavs on his return. Gets standing ovation and shows love to Mark Cuban

Luka Doncic hits 45 points in his first game in Dallas since being traded to the Los Angeles.
It’s rare for a home crowd to cheer the visiting team, but Luka Doncic’s return to Dallas was no ordinary night.
Just days before February’s trade deadline, the Mavericks shocked the NBA by sending their 26-year-old superstar to the Lakers—a move that outraged fans and sparked backlash toward GM Nico Harrison.
On Wednesday, Doncic played his first game back in Dallas since the trade. The arena was filled with fans in both his old Mavs and new Lakers jerseys, many chanting “Fire Nico” in protest.
Despite the emotion in the air, Doncic delivered a dominant performance, scoring a game-high 45 points to lead the Lakers to a 112-97 win. It was a powerful return for one of the league’s brightest stars—and a night Dallas won’t soon forget
The Mavericks pay tribute to Luka Dončić
While the Mavericks’ decision to trade Luka Doncic remains heavily criticized, they handled his return to Dallas with undeniable grace. The organization made sure his first game back as a Laker was met with respect and appreciation.
Every seat in the arena was draped with a T-shirt reading “Hvala za vse,” which translates from Slovenian to “thank you for everything.” It was a thoughtful nod to Doncic’s heritage and impact on the franchise.
Before tip-off, during the starting lineup announcements, the Mavericks played a tribute video showcasing some of Doncic’s most iconic moments in a Dallas jersey. The emotional gesture clearly resonated—moving Doncic to tears in front of the crowd that once called him their own.
Luka Doncic ‘DESTROYS’ his old team
Luka delivered a dazzling performance against his former team, putting up 45 points on 16-of-28 shooting, including 7-of-10 from beyond the arc. He also added 8 rebounds, 6 assists, and 4 steals in a game that showed exactly why he’s one of the best in the league.
From the opening tip, Doncic was locked in. By halftime, Doncic had racked up 31 points on 11-of-16 shooting in just 19 minutes—marking the 10th time in his career he’s scored 30 or more in a single half.
Though his scoring slowed in the second half, he continued to lead effectively, securing both a Lakers win and an unforgettable showing for the fans in Dallas.

THIS WAS SUPPOSED TO BE A CUTE ANIMAL SEGMENT… AND THEN TELEVISION LOST ALL CONTROL. Betty White walked onto The Tonight Show with a baby elephant, and within seconds the script was completely useless. The mischievous little star wandered the set, nudged Johnny Carson off his mark, ignored every cue, and turned seven straight minutes into pure, unscripted chaos. Johnny finally surrendered. The audience screamed. And Betty? She laughed harder than anyone, completely in her element as the show unraveled in the most charming way possible. What followed wasn’t just funny — it was TV magic, the kind you can’t plan, rehearse, or recreate. Decades later, fans still replay it and laugh like it’s the first time.
