Sophie Cunningham no fan of WNBA expansion in Cleveland, Detroit

Indiana Fever star Sophie Cunningham has a little message for people commenting how how she looks in the morning.

Taking to X recently, Cunningham shared a photo of herself looking into the camera while wearing a white dress. She said that she’s “tired of (people) telling me I don’t look like this” when she gets up and claimed that it’s how she looked fresh out of bed.

“I’m tired of ppl telling me I don’t look like this when I wake up… I just rolled out of bed. Clearly…. dummies,” she wrote.

WNBA fans were more than happy to revel in her photo and joked that while it may be engagement farming, it was still good engagement:

“Sophie Cunningham could have saved the titanic. Sophie Cunningham could end all wars. Sophie Cunningham is the best thing the world has produced. We need to clone Sophie Cunningham,” one user wrote on X.

“As someone who’s 100% been there when she wakes up in the morning and really really isn’t lying, I can confirm this is true,” wrote another.

“Must be nice waking up in full contour, hairspray and heels. Some of us just make coffee and carry the day anyway,” a third wrote.

“Yep, seems legit to me. LOL.”

“That’s how I look first thing too, so I get it.”

Just yesterday, Cunningham was once again in the news after writing about a $500 fine letter she received from the WNBA. The post went viral with over two million views, 30,000 likes and thousands of responses.

“I got fined $500 for this TikTok 🤣🤣 idk why this is funny to me… like ok 👍🏼 you got it bud! Cause there’s not more important things to be worried about with our league right now.”

Cunningham is a fan favorite in the WNBA for both her personality and her fearless defense of superstar Caitlin Clark.

That won’t be changing anytime soon.
