Patrick Mahomes tried to shake off the Kansas City Chiefs’ loss to the Philadelphia Eagles on Sunday by celebrating his 30th birthday. Countless people attended his birthday dinner, including Taylor Swift.
Country singer Kane Brown and his wife, Katelyn, shared photos from Mahomes’ birthday celebration on Monday night. Fans were quite intrigued by Swift’s outfit, which had a “school girl” vibe to it.
According to PEOPLE, the 14-time Grammy Award winner wore a Simkhai Poppy Vest in Sand Plaid and matching Payton Wrap Mini Skirt in Sand Plaid that each cost $395. While her clothing wasn’t cheap at $790, it was her Gucci Ottavia Leather Platform Loafer Pumps that stole the show at $1560.
Last but certainly not least, Swift wore a Chanel pendant necklace that’s worth $1,398. She also had a matching bracelet on, bringing her complete look to a total of roughly $3,748.
What wasn’t show in the photos posted on Instagram was Swift’s engagement ring.
On Aug. 26, Swift revealed that she’s engaged to Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce. She shared pictures from their special day on Instagram along with this caption: “Your English teacher and your gym teacher are getting married.”
How much does Swift’s ring cost?
Since it’s a 10-carat diamond, the lowest Kelce would’ve paid for Swift’s ring is reportedly $500,000. However, he most likely spent more than that.
According to TMZ, Swift’s engagement ring is an old mine brilliant cut by jewelry designer Kindred Lubeck. Apparently, diamonds of that variety have been sold anywhere from $1 million to $5 million.
Suffice to say, Swift’s engagement ring costs a lot more than her outfit for Mahomes’ birthday dinner.
