Fans are convinced Troy Aikman hates Caleb Williams and the Chicago Bears following last night’s dramatic ‘Monday Night Football’ outing.
The Bears edged the Washington Commanders out at home to win their third straight game. And it appears the Ben Johnson era has finally been kick-started following previous struggles.
Last season, this fixture marked a turning point for the Commanders, who won it at the death on an incredible Hail Mary throw from Jayden Daniels. It would spur Washington on to a playoff run, which was only halted by the Philadelphia Eagles after they made it all the way to the NFC Championship game.
Things were different this time around, and fans were even caught on camera beating the heck out of each other during the nail-biting affair.
As to whether the result will inspire Chicago to greatness this time around remains to be seen, but they should be encouraged by the grit and determination that saw them grind out a crucial win, with their defense leaving its mark.
Fans Don’t Think Troy Aikman Did The Bears Justice

As far as fans are concerned, Aikman wasn’t all that happy to see the Bears win. They pointed to instances where he downplayed their execution, referring to one particular touchdown as “luck.”
They also noted the lack of enthusiasm when they sealed the win, though one fan acknowledged that he called out a sketchy call by the referees that cost them what appeared to be a legitimate touchdown.
“Aikman after Swift scores. “Just um just luck on Chicago’s part,” someone shared on X.
“Troy Aikman: and quite honestly Joe it makes me sick to even look at this guy. Every pass he throws disgusts me,” another joked.
“Troy Aikman is such a Bear hater “That was LuCk” my a** BEAR DOWN #MNF,” said a third.
“What I love about this so much is that Troy Aikman was eulogizing the #Bears as if the game was lost. He’s a loser and was trying to pass off that energy to the Bears. Screw him!” one tweet read.
“Bears score. Troy Aikman: That was pretty much just luck. Also, Jayden Daniels is still smiling and curing cancer on the sideline. Caleb Williams is going to drown a puppy,” another read.
“Nicest thing that Troy Aikman said all night about the Bears was that he thought the Theo Benedet illegal formation penalty was BS,” someone pointed out.
“Like listen to Aikman here. He can’t stand it went this way,” one fan wrote, suggesting he would have been full of praise for Washington had results gone their way.
If Aikman hates Williams, we can’t imagine how he feels toward Lamar Jackson, given their feud over their No. 8 trademarks.
The legal battle is over for now, but Aikman might still not be very fond of Jackson.
