Fans First Got To Meet Drew Goins On Jeopardy!‘s 41st Season
Drew Goins, originally from Norfolk, Virginia, made his debut on the long-running game show on September 25, 2024, during Season 41. As the season went on, he would appear in the Second Chance Tournament and the Tournament of Champions semifinals.
In her regular life, Goins is known for his work as a journalist. Since 2016, he has worked for The Washington Post in various roles.

Drew Goins Has Gotten A Few Famous Fans Since His Previous Time On The Show
Goins noted that he would appear on “Jeopardy! Invitational Tournament quarterfinal,” noting that the airdate was on “Feb. 9!!” In an accompanying photo, he could also be seen smiling alongside host Ken Jennings.
Sarah Whitcomb-Foss and Michael Davies will also appear on the Jeopardy! Invitational Tournament. They previously confirmed the news while on the Inside Jeopardy! podcast in January.

Previously, Goins’ appearance on the show not only endeared him to fans but a few well-known stars, too. In a recent interview, he shared he’s since gotten to know Abbott Elementary star Lisa Ann Walter. Speaking with The U.S. Sun, he shared, “Lisa Ann and I have a little, we’ll respond to each other’s stories every once in a while now. She’s truly the nicest person. I love her so much.”
However, with Goins’ recent post, fans were quick to share their excitement at seeing him return to the show. A few even felt that Goins has already become something of a celebrity thanks to the show. Some comments included:
