George Kittle, the star tight end for the San Francisco 49ers, is known not just for his explosive plays on the field but also for his openness about his life and unique training routines. Recently, in an episode of the podcast Bussin With the Boys, Kittle revealed details about a cutting-edge recovery method he uses—and its surprising positive effects on his overall well-being.

Kittle shared that he invests between $150,000 and $200,000 every season to keep his body in peak condition. While that figure might sound excessive to many, for Kittle, it’s a necessary investment in a career where staying healthy can make all the difference. “I started thinking about it seriously, especially after the 2020 season when I broke my foot,” Kittle said. “I try to do everything I can to stay ahead of injuries and keep my body ready.”

A key part of his recovery routine is the Vasper machine, a high-tech system gaining popularity among elite athletes. According to its creators, Vasper combines compression, cooling, and interval training to help the body restore itself, balance hormones, and reach optimal vitality. For Kittle, the benefits are clear: faster recovery, increased muscle growth, and overall better performance.

On the podcast, Kittle also talked about an unexpected benefit he noticed from using the Vasper machine—a significant boost in his overall energy and well-being, which extends beyond just athletic performance. The science behind Vasper is fascinating: it tricks the brain into thinking there’s widespread inflammation, which prompts the body to naturally increase testosterone production. This hormone is crucial not only for muscle recovery and growth but also for maintaining general vitality and motivation.

Kittle admitted with a laugh, “You definitely notice the difference—not just on the field, but in your daily life, too.” The increased energy and sense of well-being have become essential for him, especially during the demanding NFL season.

His willingness to share openly about his training methods and their effects is refreshing in a sports world where many athletes keep their routines secret. Kittle acknowledges that what works for him might not work for everyone, and that the commitment—both in terms of time and money—is significant. Still, his approach highlights the reality of professional sports today, where staying at the top often means embracing new technology and thinking outside the box.

As the NFL continues to evolve, and players search for any possible edge, Kittle stands out as part of a new generation of athletes willing to experiment and invest in their health and performance. Whether it’s the Vasper machine or another innovation, his focus is always on maximizing his potential and extending his career as long as possible. And if there are unexpected benefits along the way, he’s happy to embrace them.

For fans and fellow athletes, Kittle’s story is a reminder that success at the highest level is rarely accidental. It comes from hard work, constant curiosity, and sometimes a willingness to try unconventional methods—even if they come with some surprising advantages.

George Kittle also talked about the benefits.

“It knocks you the f*** out at night, unconscious,” Kittle said. “You sleep so well, and you have wild dreams, too. It’s awesome.”

Then, there was the s3xual aspect of it.

“The main selling point is you, umm, you blow huge loads … That’s how it was sold to players is like, ‘Look, it boosts your testosterone, you sleep really well, you’re going to feel great, and you’re also going to blow huge loads.’”

“I was like, aww, that’s bulls* — not bulls—.”

George Kittle stated that word got around about the effects of the machine, and even coaches started using it.

George Kittle is entering his age-32 season in 2025.

The San Francisco 49ers tight end doesn’t appear to have retirement on his mind any time soon.

In a Tuesday appearance on “Bussin’ With The Boys, “Kittle was asked when he might walk away from the game of football.

“Literally until I don’t have fun anymore,” Kittle replied.

“Or if Claire (his wife) looks at me and goes, ‘You kinda look like (expletive) out there, you should retire.’ I’ll be like, ‘All right.’”

Kittle continues to be one of the NFL’s top tight ends. He is coming off a season during which he posted 78 catches, 1,106 yards, and eight touchdowns across 15 games.

He believes he still has at least a few years left in the tank, provided he remains healthy.

“I think if I get to like I’m 35 and it hurts just to put pants on in the morning, I think I’ll be like, ‘Ah, this isn’t that much fun anymore,’ and I’ll have a conversation with myself,” Kittle explained. “But I’m feeling great right now.”
