Saying Shedeur Sanders has had an awful NFL Draft experience would be a massive understatement.

It was bad when he watched his close friend and former teammate, Travis Hunter, get picked second overall while slipping out of the top ten. It got a lot worse when he slipped out of the first round.

But we were past 17 picks in round three at the time of writing and he still hadn’t been picked, as shocking as that is.

Shedeur Sanders Completely Duped By Prank Call

As if the aforementioned wasn’t bad enough, someone wickedly pranked the quarterback during his live stream and had him completely fooled – even puzzled after the person on the other end told him he would have to wait a bit longer.

He was even more confused at the fact that someone managed to get their hands on his phone number.

“I’m not the biggest Shedeur fan but they dead wrong for doing this 😭 you could see they were genuinely excited,” another comment read.

“I don’t even like him but this is actually f***ed up starting to feel bad for bro 😭,” said another.

“He’s legit hated man. This is f***ed up,” someone echoed.

Eagles star Cooper DeJean had something similar happen to him last year before he got the actual phone call. He’s since gone on to win a Super Bowl, if that’s any consolation
