The Indiana Fever pulled off quite a surprise this season. Without the services of Caitlin Clark, Sophie Cunningham, Aari McDonald, and Sydney Colson, very few expected the team to reach the playoffs. But as Fever signed off as 2025 semifinalists, their team chemistry is being heavily touted as the real difference.
And it is pretty evident when one looks at the bonding. For example, the chemistry between Clark, Lexie Hull, and Cunningham has been phenomenal. Recently, Clark hyped up Hull’s red carpet appearance with an epic reaction.
Moreover, the trio also made an appearance at the Annika Pro-Am. Clark wowed Hull and Cunningham with her sublime golfing skills. However, despite all the lovely bonding, there seems to be some banter playing out between the two.

Lexie Hull Gets Into Playful Banter With Caitlin Clark
Clark is known to have a funny side. And ahead of the Indiana Fever’s 2025 season, she decided to troll Hull. Spotting one of her pictures with Cunningham, the 2024 Rookie of the Year, commented on their media day photo, “Little less tanning. A little more bball ladies.”
And since then, Clark continued taking shots at Hull’s affinity for getting tanned. Meanwhile, in an exclusive interview with PEOPLE, Hull clapped back at the 23-year-old and said, “She could probably use a little sun herself!”
Hull further added, “She’s one of my best friends on the team, and it’s been amazing growing together and chasing the same goals. We just have such a natural connection. We push each other in practice but also have so much fun, it’s a good balance of competitiveness and friendship.”
Surely, Hull made it clear that all the banter was in good humor. However, Clark doesn’t troll only Hull.
Sophie Cunningham Schooled By Caitlin Clark For Wrong Golf Lingo
Clark does not always shine on the basketball court. Oftentimes, her antics on the fairway, too, are quite exceptional. In recent times, Cunningham got the opportunity to tag alongside Clark at the Annika Pro-Am.

And while she received the invitation, Cunningham expressed her excitement on her Instagram story, with the caption, “FOUR!!!!!”
Soon after, it was Clark who spotted the mistake and trolled Cunningham, Clark wrote, “yeah clearly we have a lot to learn about golf… It’s fore bud @sophie_champ”
Thus, with Clark playing tricks on her teammates, the trio often showcases their underlying sisterhood through these friendly banters.

Within hours, view counts surged and timelines erupted with fierce arguments and stunned reactions. Supporters called it historic. Critics demanded proof. One episode. One name.
