Workout videos are extremely popular, primarily for fitness purposes.

Many people want to lose weight, while others aim to build muscle, so workout videos will always attract viewers.

The one below isn’t so much about the workout as it is the machine, because no one knows what it’s supposed to do. At the same time, everyone knows what it’s supposed to do; they don’t understand why it’s at a gym.

The clip went viral after Barstool Sports shared it via their TikTok page. It shows a woman in tight-fitting clothing getting onto the machine in question.

“Does it hurt?” someone off camera asks her.

“Umm, yes,” she replies, laughing.

“There’s gonna be a line out the gym door for this machine,” the caption reads.

It’s a massage device called the “Body Roll” machine, which uses wooden rollers and infrared heat for lymphatic drainage, muscle recovery, and skin toning.

It’s also used for circulation, muscle tension relief, and to reduce cellulite.
