TV star Madelyn Burke has announced that she will no longer be covering the New York Giants – leaving fans and co-workers heartbroken.

Burke is stepping down from her role as presenter for the team, having also worked for MSG Networks and CBS Sports.

She confirmed the news on social media on Thursday, writing an emotional statement.

Burke said, “After 10 seasons of covering the New York Football Giants, it’s time for me to move on.

“A bittersweet goodbye, as I’ve loved being a part of Big Blue and watching this organization evolve over the last decade.

“I’ve built some incredible friendships, made lasting memories, and hope to have left a positive impact on the fan base with our content and

“I’m excited to soon announce what’s next, more on that soon.

“For now, one thing remains true: once a Giant, always a Giant”.

Burke, who has won over viewers for her presenting style and good looks, has become immensely popular on the Giants beat.

Previously a college football show host on Fox, Burke has built up an impressive resume and left a lasting effect on those around her at the Giants.
