A normal post from the U.S. Indo-Pacific Command went viral this week. It showed sailors and Marines working during flight operations in the Pacific Ocean, aiming to show teamwork and readiness.

But people online focused on something else. A female sailor in one of the photos caught most of the attention. Her appearance led to a lot of reactions, and the focus moved away from the mission.

The Navy shared the images on its X handle with a standard caption about operations. “Flight ops across the Indo-Pacific. U.S. Navy Sailors and Marines with the 11th Marine Expeditionary Unit conduct flight operations aboard USS Portland (LPD 27) in the Pacific Ocean. Seamless integration between Navy and Marine Corps forces ensures rapid response and operational dominance across the INDOPACOM area of responsibility. Pacific Ocean,” the post read

But online users had something else to say.

Comments came in soon after the post went live. Many users focused on the sailor’s looks rather than the operation.

“Put that as your recruiting ad and watch people sign up,” one user wrote.

Others showed curiosity. “OK…Who is she and what does she do…Let’s hear the back story…!” another asked.

Some responses took a supportive tone. “Damn fine young lady. Way go. I’ve four daughters and they also kick some ass! Go Navy!” one comment read.

Not everyone agreed with the attention. A few users questioned the intent behind the photo. “The problem with America. This kind of thing doesn’t belong in our armed forces,” one person wrote.

Another user raised doubts about authenticity. “That is one cute girl, not AI?” they asked.

The reactions created a split online. Some saw the moment as harmless and even helpful for recruitment. Others felt the focus distracted from the service members’ work.

She has since made swipes at Jesse and moved on with TV director Elliot Hegarty, with the pair having been seen kissing during a recent night out.

Fearne has had a difficult few months after undergoing surgery to remove two benign tumours from her jawline, just days before her split with Jesse emerged.

She told host Lorraine: ‘It’s all very amicable and kids are doing great. I am in a very good place.’place.’

Discussing her recent surgery, she added: ‘I feel very grateful to have completely recovered.

‘I feel really good. I have a lot of people reaching out who have had the same thing.’

Davina McCall, 56, announced in November she’d been diagnosed with a colloid cyst, a rare type of benign brain tumour, and has supported Fearne.

She continued: ‘Everyone needs a Davina. She’s been amazing, weird that we had the same health thing going on at the same time. She’s so calming and we speak every day. She is just the best

It comes after Fearne has seemingly made another thinly-veiled dig at her ex-husband as she gushed that she is the happiest she’s ever been in a positive update.

Speaking to Scott Mills on his BBC Radio 2 breakfast show, Fearne gushed that she is ‘really happy’ and is ‘springing out of bed in the morning ready for life’.

Scott, who has known Fearne for 25 years, said he has never seen her ‘more positive or happier’, prompting Fearne to agree and reply: ‘Yeah I feel great!’

She told how her health scare has changed her outlook and said she has been seeking comfort from Davina.
