Sengun played for 45 minutes and recorded a double-double with 30 points, eight assists, and 12 rebounds. Amen Thompson played for 39 minutes and recorded a double-double with 12 points, two assists, and 10 rebounds.

Jabari Smith Jr. also had a notable impact on the court by scoring 10 points and 10 rebounds. The Magic started the game strong by securing a seven-point lead in the first quarter and extended this lead to nine points in the second quarter. However, the Rockets returned stronger in the third and fourth quarters. The game reached overtime, where the Rockets secured the win with a final score of 117-113.
