Wheel of Fortune: Ryan Seacrest falls on set

Ryan Seacrest has re-listed his Napa Valley mansion for sale, and it comes with an eye-watering price tag of $20 million.

The 51-year-old Wheel of Fortune and American Idol host put the St. Helena, California, estate back on the market for $19.8 million after taking it off in November. Seacrest’s property spans 10,750 square feet on 40 acres of land and features five bedrooms, six full bathrooms, a pool house, a guest cottage, and sprawling mountain views.

Cyd Greer of Coldwell Banker Brokers of the Valley holds the listing for the home, built in 2004. In a press release from Coldwell Banker, Seacrest said his favorite part of the property is the enclosed porch located off the living room. This comes after Seacrest confessed he’s “so lonely” during a recent love-themed Wheel of Fortune episode.

“It’s such a peaceful spot, and the views out over the valley floor are unforgettable,” he wrote. “You can even see the hot air balloons drifting by in the distance. It’s the kind of place where you naturally want to slow down and take it all in.”

Outside of the stunning vineyard views, the mansion also boasts multiple terraces, a bocce court, and a 220-tree Italian olive grove.

Other luxurious amenities on the property include seven fireplaces, an infinity-edge pool and spa, and a massive central courtyard.

The home is updated, too, having recently undergone renovations in 2024 courtesy of Nobili Marques Arquitectura and Clint Nicholas Design.

According to property records, this isn’t the first time Seacrest has put the home up for sale and then removed it.

Seacrest’s home has been taken on and off the market since 2018. Before this listing, it was put on the market for $22 million in April 2025 and removed later that year in November.

The property’s listing comes as Seacrest admitted to being on a popular dating app during a recent episode of Wheel of Fortune, where he confessed to being “so lonely.”

Days ago, the hit game show aired a Love Is In The Air-themed episode in which the co-hosts showed off their love for their partners.

Vanna White, co-host of Wheel of Fortune, is married to contractor John Donaldson, leaving Seacrest as the only single person on stage. He acknowledged his single status by revealing he’s on a popular dating app.

“I love Love Is In The Air. I am so excited to watch all of these shows – and I’ll be on Tinder tonight, so I can find it,” joked the American Idol host.

Seacrest’s comments drew a laugh from White, who promised him that “love will be in the air next time.” White and Donaldson married this year after dating for 16 years.

Later on, Seacrest made another self-deprecating comment, saying, “I am so lonely up here.”

Seacrest last dated Aubrey Paige, a model and influencer. The two were first rumored to be together in May 2021.

The couple, who remained relatively private during their relationship, then broke up in April 2024. Seacrest and Paige met when he was 46, and she was 23.

PEOPLE reported the break-up, with a source stating, “After three beautiful years together, Ryan and Paige have mutually decided to part ways. They plan to stay in each other’s lives as good friends and support one another’s endeavors.”

The two were seen at a few high-profile events together, and Paige attended Seacrest’s final episode of Live with Kelly and Ryan in 2023. She took to social media after the show to praise her then-boyfriend.

“Ryan, never have I ever met a more inspiring man. You make it look so easy, but the truth is there is just nobody quite like you. I am so beyond proud of you,” she posted.

Before dating Paige, Seacrest dated Shayna Taylor, another model, from 2017 until 2020. He was also tied to Julianne Hough of Dancing with the Stars fame from 2010 until 2013.

“We’ve remained friends for years and still are,” said Seacrest of his relationship with Hough.

Seacrest previously confirmed that he has “never been engaged.” During a 2017 appearance on Live with Kelly and Ryan, he opened up about his love life.

“I did get close [to getting engaged] and I didn’t do it, and it was the right move,” he said at the time. “I figure the longer I wait, the older I’ll be, the closer to death I am, so I can get it in and not screw it up.”
