She is lucky to be alive.

Videos of civilians tending to American F-15 pilots after they went down in Kuwait have surfaced online following a shocking friendly-fire incident.

The pilots survived after being shot out of the sky, having ejected and parachuted to the ground. They are very fortunate not to have been killed.

One video shows locals approaching one female pilot and asking whether she was okay.

“You’re safe, you’re safe. Everything good?” he asks.

“Thank you for helping us,” he adds as the pilot smiles.

Another clip shows a different airman lying in the back of a vehicle.

The U.S. military confirmed on Monday that three of its fighter jets were “mistakenly” shot down over Kuwait.

Videos have surfaced online showing an  F-15E Strike Eagle fighter spiraling downwards, leaving a trail of smoke. Two pilots eventually eject from the aircraft.

The U.S. said that Kuwaiti air defense accidentally shot three of its jets down during active combat.

“All six aircrew ejected safely, have been safely recovered, and are in stable condition. Kuwait has acknowledged this incident, and we are grateful for the efforts of the Kuwaiti defense forces and their support in this ongoing operation,” a statement from U.S. Central Command reads.

It adds: “The cause of the incident is under investigation. Additional information will be released as it becomes available.”

Meanwhile, the Kuwaiti Ministry of Defence has confirmed that multiple American planes crashed in their territory and they are investigating the cause.

They noted that they were coordinating with the U.S. military at the time.

A ministry spokesperson said all the pilots survived and were in stable condition at hospital.
