For many, Andy Cohen is often seen as the face of Bravo, with him being the host and executive producer of The Real Housewives franchise. Bravo’s Andy Cohen Got A Few Responses After He Asked Fans For Questions To Answer

Cohen became the vice president of original programming at Bravo in 2004. At the time, the network purchased Trio, which Cohen had joined in 2000.

Recently, Cohen found himself with some time to kill and decided to answer fans questions while on a plane. In a Thread on X, he shared, “On a plane and up for Q/A to kill some time if you wanna post some Q’s below.”

Fans made sure to respond to the post. Some asked about long-running rumors concerning Bravo franchises. Other fans were curious about being an audience member on Watch What Happens Live! with Andy Cohen.

However, one fan asked about the show that started one of Bravo’s biggest franchises: The Real Housewives of Orange County. As they shared, “Why so many MAGA women?? I can’t watch OC anymore because of them.”

The Fan, In Turn, Responded To Cohen’s Own Answer To Their Real Housewives Question

Andy himself took to the comments to respond to this, feeling that reality shows focus on reality, which includes people with all sorts of opinions, and that this wasn’t the focus of the show either way. As he explained, “If we didn’t showcase people with different POV’s there would be no show. Also it’s a show about the women and their relationships, not about politics.”

The original poster responded to this, sharing that they could “no longer watch housewives interact and get joy” because of the Housewives’ views. They added, “Just like I can’t go to a Kid Rock concert or buy a Cybertruck.”

However, the original poster still expressed kind words toward Cohen himself. As they expressed, “But you’re awesome Andy! Thank you for bringing us so much joy over these many years!”
