THE SECRET Lives of Mormon Wives star Jen Affleck has broken down under the pressure of Dancing With the Stars.

In a new Instagram video, married mom of three Jen, 26, wiped away tears as she sat on the floor of her rehearsal space in L.A. with pro partner Jan Ravnik.

“My therapist,” she captioned the clip, as Taylor Swift dancer Jan encouraged her to keep going.

“On Friday, I’m like, ‘Okay, okay maybe you start getting to know,” said Jan as he laid with his back on the floor.

“On Saturday, we are already kind of happy and then end up rehearsing and getting stressed. Sunday, we are happy. Monday, breakdown!”

“I’m mentally struggling,” Jen explained, panning the camera to her tear-streaked face. “And this is how he’s making me feel better.

“He’s saying, ‘Yeah, you suck today, but like, it’s Thursday!”

The pair then erupted into giggles.

DWTS fans applauded Jen for being honest about what really goes on behind the scenes of the weekly ABC dancing competition show.

“This is the realness that I’ve missed in the packages,” one Reddit fan wrote about the clip. “I’m glad the couples show it because it makes them authentic and real.”Grocery chains Publix & Walmart issue urgent recall over ‘life threatening’ food

“Seeing the struggles that go into each dance makes a successful routine so much more impactful!” said another. “And it’s not because I want to see the drama, but I think making everything so scripted and perfect takes away from how hard these people are working.”

“Fans think a lot of this comes natural to these stars when they could be struggling hard behind the scenes and we never know,” chimed in a third. “Ruins the viewing experience because we want to see the journey.”

Jen’s struggles are understandable, as just two months before her start on the show, Jen gave birth to her third child, daughter Penelope.

“Okay, let me get this straight. You had a baby eight weeks ago, and you just did that? But not only did you have a baby eight weeks ago, you have three babies under three,” Derek said on the premiere.

“Yes, three under three. Yes, love them,” she responded. “It’s a lot. My body hurts. I’m still recovering from giving birth, but I’m having so much fun, and I’m doing it for my kids so in the future they can do this too.”

CRUSHING THE COMPETITION

Over the past three weeks, Jen has received good critiques from the judges, and has remained safe from elimination.

After dancing a salsa to Bad Bunny‘s song NUEVAToL in week one, Jen and Jan scored a 12 out of 20.

“That was a great, great first dance,” Derek Hough gushed, adding that the couple needed to work on their lifts.

On week two, Jen and Jan danced a quickstep to Take On Me by A-ha, earning a 22 out of 30, including a coveted 8 from Carrie Ann Inaba.

Week three, Jen and Jan scored a 19 out of 30 with their cha cha.

Jen’s husband Zac has remained supportive of his wife’s dancing journey.

“I love that the world gets to see this side of you and see you shine,” he said recently.
